Oprah Winfrey is one of the most compassionate, powerful, and influential people in our world today. Oprah LOVES animals except it doesn't extend pass companion animals. Oprah is a humanitarian, so if we could convince her that going vegetarian does help humanity in great ways-- just think how many people would follow in her footsteps!

Dear Oprah,

Our society is so brutal and cruel to the animals that are raised for food. But we keep the truth locked up behind close intensive factory farms. Please be fair to the animals and let our society become informed consumer about how animals are really raised for food.

I know you have a love for animals, but it only extends to pets. If you only knew the truth about what happens to animals that are raised for food--you would go vegetarian in a heart beat! All animals can feel pain and suffer. If our beloved cats and dogs were treated like how most farm animals are--there would be a public outrage and the abusers would be prosecuted. I'm asking you to open your heart to all animals. Please view a ground breaking video,Peaceable Kingdom that is endorsed by the Famous Jane Goodall that will change your heart and mind and come to the truth that it is morally wrong to eat animals when there is plenty of other foods to eat. I read this bumper sticker once: You won't die if you don't eat meat but something will if you do!

Please expose the truth on your show what really happens to animals raised on farms. You are always talking about telling the truth and finding out the truth no matter how much it hurts-- that is when the real healing begins for yourself-- that is what I have learned from your shows. Our world would be a better and kinder place if people would switch to a plant-based diet. It would help alleviate world hunger, promote better health, improve our environment; and most importantly, prevent unnecessary cruelty towards animals.
